Collmar Collagen is a food supplement that includes enzymatically hydrolyzed marine collagen, hyaluronic acid, magnesium and vitamin C in its composition.
Collagen is very important for the elasticity and flexibility of the organs and for the integrity of the structures. Collagen fiber mixes easily with a wide range of substances and minerals, producing notable effects on tissue architecture.
As an example, in the structure of the skin, collagen and elastin form a network. In bones, collagen mixes with calcium crystals, providing a rigid structure. In cartilage, it combines with elastin and extracellular matrix, creating a shock-absorbing gel between joints.

Las pastillas son muy grandes y me da sensación de atragantamiento....así q las he triturado y he hecho polvo..de este modo lo mezclo con yogur y las puedo consumir..sino fuera x esto repetiría. Pero mientras las hagan así de enormes no las recomiendo.
