1. Shampoo and conditioner.
2. Towel-dry your hair; divide it into sections.
3. Spray each section generously and comb through.
4. Dry each section with the hairdryer.
The heat from the hairdryer is necessary to activate the product. If you use a flat iron, the heat should not exceed 190°C.
5. Use every 3-4 shampoos.
