The No Wipe Claresa semi-permanent Top Coat is the last step of the semi-permanent manicure drying in a UV / LED lamp.
Its function is to seal the layers of color that are applied under it and give the manicure an ultra-shiny appearance, creating a wet nail effect.
Unlike the classic top coats for this type of manicure, this one does not create a sticky layer on the surface of the nail, so it is not necessary to pass the cleaner (the cleaning liquid) over it.
Once it dries in the lamp, the manicure is completely finished.
