Apply 1 or 2 times a day with a stimulating massage until completely absorbed. Recommendations:
- Apply it after the shower when the pores are more open and receptive to receive treatments.
- For correct effectiveness it is important to perform a weekly exfoliation that will help the product to penetrate better.
- It has calming effects, which makes it ideal for use in the afternoon/evening.
The massage together with the active ingredients will stimulate circulation by modifying the temperature of the area, which achieves localized fat burning.
- Legs: We can start the massage from the ankle and upwards, with or without product, once we reach the knee, we apply the product and press the inside of it with the help of our thumbs making small circles. We continue the massage upwards and in circles all over the thigh and buttocks. Once the product is absorbed (we do not see a whitish residue) we can finish with upward movements and towards the groin.
- Abdomen: It will be done in smooth movements in a clockwise direction.
- Arms: Apply with circular movements in an upward direction from wrist to armpit, either with the hands and fingers or with the knuckles. Once the product is absorbed (there is no white residue) we can finish with upward movements in a straight line, ending in the armpit.
- In all areas, for greater effectiveness, you can combine circular movements with small pinches.
