1. Prepare the nail plate for styling.
2. Apply Hard Base and cure under the lamp.
3. Apply the first coat of a colorful semi-permanent nail polish and cure under the lamp.
4. Apply the second coat of a colorful semi-permanent nail polish and cure under the lamp.
5. Apply Dry Top and dry for 10 seconds.
6. Rub Pearl Effect all over the nail plate using an applicator or a silicone brush. Brush away any powder residue with a brush.
7. Protect everything with the Hard Top.
