Use steps 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 as a routine and add steps 10, 9 and 0 as additional treatments to give your hair the love it needs.

Apply once or twice a week instead of the Plex 4 Shampoo. With lukewarm water, apply the shampoo to the scalp, mid-lengths and ends, gently massaging in circular movements. Rinse well and repeat if desired.
