- Open the envelope and take out the mask. Unfold the mask carefully.
- Separate the ear bands following the dotted line and applying light pressure on the marked line.
- Place the mask over the eye area, making sure the white part is in contact with the skin. Align the small cutout with the top of your nose for a comfortable fit.
- Place the straps behind your ears to secure the mask in place. Enjoy deep relaxation for 20 minutes with your eyes closed.
Note: If the mask becomes excessively hot, remove it from the skin for a few minutes before replacing it.
