Mattifying fixing primer Liquid Mattifier by Technic Cosmetics.

This primer sets and mattifies the skin, leaving it perfect.

It is formulated with witch hazel, vanilla plant extract and pink kaolin to control excess oil, blur imperfections and leave a perfect matte base.

It can be worn under makeup or alone.

Vegan.

Apply the desired amount of Mattifying Fixing Primer to the skin and blend with a brush, fingers or sponge.
